Product Description

Cascaide® Combination Emergency Shower & Eyewash Station – CC2261

The Cascaide® CC2261 is a commercial-grade combination emergency shower and eyewash station for free-standing, floor-mounted installation. Self-adjusting regulation supports ANSI Z358.1 certified flow, including a 30 gpm shower outlet and a Type 304 Stainless Steel eyewash bowl.

Highlights

  • Integrated emergency shower and eyewash on one station
  • ANSI Z358.1 certified combination performance
  • Self-adjusting regulators deliver a non-injurious flushing stream
  • Free-standing design with flanged floor mounting plate
  • Galvanized Schedule 40 piping, SST valves, and high-visibility yellow ABS and acetal components

Built for commercial and industrial environments

Emergency response equipment is specified to activate immediately and operate consistently across the site. The CC2261 is a fixed-configuration combination unit that supports standardized installation geometry and repeatable flushing performance across common supply pressures.

Typical installation locations include:

  • Chemical handling, storage, and dispensing areas
  • Metal finishing, plating, and parts washing lines
  • Battery service rooms and charging stations
  • Process rooms, pilot plants, and utilities
  • Industrial maintenance shops and mechanical spaces
  • Waste handling and washdown zones identified by your hazard assessment

One station. Two critical emergency functions.

Combination equipment is specified when the hazard analysis requires both of the following capabilities:

  • Full-body drenching to rinse hazardous substances from skin and clothing, and
  • Eyewash flushing for immediate response to eye exposure incidents

The CC2261 uses self-adjusting regulation at the showerhead and eyewash outlets to maintain the specified discharge while keeping the spray pattern controlled for emergency flushing.

ANSI Z358.1 performance + ANSI certification

The Cascaide® CC2261 is specified as ANSI Z358.1 certified and is listed as ANSI certified in the manufacturer documentation. The specification excludes units with improper flow patterns or deteriorating screens or filters to support reliable inspection outcomes.

Designed for the required emergency duration

With proper installation and adequate water supply, the CC2261 is specified to provide a non-injurious stream of water for 15 minutes or longer.
