With Yello-Bowl, Stainless Steel Bowl & No Bowl

Encon’s Supply Pipe Mounted Eyewash can be configured with either an ABS Yello-Bowl, SS Bowl, or No Bowl.  The piping is configurable with SS, Galvanized or PVC.  Here are additional features:

Piping & Valve Choices

  • 1/2″” BCP piping; 1/2″” CP bronze stay-open ball valve with CP ball; SS valve stem; SS push plate with actuation graphic; schedule 80 galvanized steel pedestal.
  • 1/2″” PVC piping; 1/2″” CP bronze stay-open ball valve with CP ball; SS valve stem; SS push plate with actuation graphic; PVC pedestal.
  • 1/2″” SS piping; 1/2″” CP bronze stay-open ball valve with CP ball; SS valve stem; SS push plate with actuation graphic; SS pedestal.

Eye/Facewash Choices

EW

  • ABS plastic heads, wye and hinged covers; self adjusting regulator to flow at 3.2 gpm (12.1 lpm).*
  • Acetal heads with hinged covers, BCP wye; self-adjusting regulation to flow at 2.4 gpm (9.1 lpm)*.
  • SS heads with hinged covers, SS wye; self-adjusting regulator to flow at 2.5 gpm (9.5 lpm)* (available only with SS piping and valves).

FW

  • ABS plastic heads, wye and float off covers secured with SS bead chains; self adjusting regulator to flow at 8.0 gpm (30.3 lpm).
  • ABS plastic heads and float off covers secured with SS bead chains, BCP wye; self-adjusting regulator to flow at 8.0 gpm (30.3 lpm)*.

Bowl

  • ABS plastic Yello-Bowl 10.8″” diameter.
  • 304 SS bowl, 10.6″” diameter
  • No bowl option

Bowl Cover Option

  • Corrosion-resistant ABS plastic; high visibility; SS push plate actuator opens cover; manually closing cover is independent of water flow actuator.
  • Available on models with bowls and BCP wyes only.
 
Supply – 1/2″” NPT connection.
Bowl Waste – 1-1/4″” x 6″” (3.17 cm x 15.24 cm) long slip joint tailpipe.
