Therma-Flow® Freeze-Protected Emergency Shower & Eyewash Systems

Therma-Flow® systems are fully enclosed, heat-traced emergency shower and eyewash units engineered to prevent freezing in cold and hazardous environments. Each system is built to order and configurable to meet specific application requirements including electrical classification, safety components, alarms, and accessories.

How It Works

Therma-Flow® systems utilize self-regulating electric heat tracing combined with closed-cell insulation to protect internal piping and components from freezing. The system is enclosed in segmented ABS covers that seal out environmental exposure while allowing access for maintenance.
